Justice Pearce is a state-licensed instructor authorized to conduct Enhanced Carry certification training in Mississippi. He's also NRA certified to teach pistol fundamentals — from safe handling to live-fire technique.
With a focus on practical skills and legal knowledge, Justice provides training that goes beyond checking boxes — he prepares students to carry responsibly, legally, and confidently.
What to Bring to Your Training
Arrive prepared and make the most of your training.
YOUR FIREARM
Bring your personal handgun — revolver or semi-automatic. Must be in safe working condition.
100 ROUNDS AMMUNITION
Minimum 100 rounds for your specific firearm. (50 for qualification + 50 reserve for re-shoot)
EYE & EAR PROTECTION
Safety glasses and hearing protection are required on the range.
VALID ID
Government-issued photo identification required for all students.
What Happens After Training
COMPLETE YOUR CLASS
Finish the 8-hour Enhanced Carry course and pass the 50-shot qualification.
GET YOUR CERTIFICATE
You'll receive the official MS DPS "Certified Firearms Training Program" certificate on completion day.
RECEIVE YOUR PERMIT
Take your certificate to a Highway Patrol location. They'll process your permit with "Instructor Certified" status.
Your Enhanced Carry endorsement never expires — only the underlying permit requires renewal every 5 years.
